This is a conversation, not a form. We talk. You need to live in Utah County or Salt Lake County and be in the Lehi office several weekdays. Not every day — students can be part-week. Remote-only will not work. Office: 249 North 1200 East, Lehi (Solution Stream building).

About twelve minutes. We record audio and a transcript for this internship. James reviews it himself. We will not email you a reject, and we will not text you.

The trade: Unpaid time for a public record you own — not a certificate. Utlyze pays for your portfolio site. Weekly write-up of what you learned and shipped. That is the personal brand.
A Tuesday: A portfolio post, then a client slice or an R&D slice.
You get: Industry tools. Real client work. R&D that changes weekly. The point is to get extremely good with agents.
The work: Client digital footprints, competitive strategy, then the plan. Exploratory work that pushes models. Systems without being a native coder. Finding waste in workflows.; Right now: hybrid memory you can add and remove. EEG brain-training AI. Marketing loops that run without you. The goal is the machine that builds the things you want.
Who lasts: Curious, creative, driven. Fail, say why, try again. Unusual problem-solving.
After: We may bring one or more of you on in a paid role. Rare program. Selective. You will be pushed.
